• Oversee the daily operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your management team and your team of care professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Manage and implement training and team building across all employees.
• Ensure staff maintain up-to-date training and adhere to best practices in care provision.
• Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
• Drive continuous improvement to maintain our “Outstanding” CQC rating.
• Work with Directors to develop and grow business opportunities.
