You’ll lead the day-to-day running of our Coventry branch, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery and growing the service further. You’ll:

• Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance
• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of care professionals
• Actively recruit new carers and grow hours
• Deliver outstanding care outcomes for our customers
• Take responsibility for commercial performance and quality
