Registered Care Manager – Watford & Borehamwood Location: Watford & Borehamwood Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + performance related bonus Contract: Full-time At Radfield Home Care, we believe ageing should be a positive and rewarding experience. We provide high-quality, personalised care to people in their own homes and we’re looking for a Registered Care Manager who shares our passion for delivering outstanding care and leading from the front. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career, to lead and grow a well-supported domiciliary care service. The role As Registered Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You’ll be supported by a committed leadership team and office staff, allowing you to focus on leading your team and delivering excellent care. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, managing, and developing a team of care professionals Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards Overseeing safe recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff Building strong relationships with clients and their families Managing care delivery to ensure it is person-centred and responsive Supporting business growth in a sustainable and quality-led way What we’re looking for We’re looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will ideally have: Experience in a leadership role within domiciliary care (e.g. Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding Experience in team leadership, recruitment, and staff development A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care Excellent communication and organisational skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is currently required for this role.
