Job Summary:
Semy Care is seeking a passionate & dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee an exciting service as part of our growth. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the lives of the individuals we support, ensuring they receive the highest quality of personalised care & support.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with the teams & people we support to develop personalised support, obtaining regular feedback from the people we support, their families and others who engage with Semy Care to continuously improve our services, and leading our team in creating fun and engaging events for everyone involved. We’re looking for a Manager who can create a positive culture within our teams, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
As a Manager of Semy Care you’ll inspire our team to provide exceptional care & support, serving as positive role models and making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience as a CQC Registered Manager with a minimum rating of ‘Good’ in all areas
  • A relevant professional Qualification in Level 5 Adults Health & Social Care, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic & dedicated care & support for people with complex needs, fostering an environment of compassion and personalised support
  • You will possess good time management skills and be IT literate
  • You will be committed to reporting on people we support outcomes and organisational KPI reporting
  • Motivational with leadership skills
  • Organised and good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines & fulfill obligations generally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Person centred approach to delivery of services
  • Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
  • Reliable, flexible, punctual, hard working and honest
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
