Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, supportive culture for staff and service users alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and management to the care team.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, staff, and external professionals.

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Manager with CQC or eligible to register.
  • Relevant management qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
  • Proven experience in a management role within health and social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about delivering person-centered care and driving continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00 per year
