On behalf of a new supported living and domiciliary care provider, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to support with CQC registration and service development. The provider is at an exciting stage of growth, with a clear vision to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for the people they support. Responsibilities

As our Registered Care Manager, you will:

  • Lead on the CQC registration application and interview process alongside the Directors.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust care systems, policies, and procedures in line with CQC requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a caring, skilled, and motivated team.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support that meets regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and prepare the service for future growth.
