An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join the team working for one of the UK’s most successful private homecare franchises. This franchise is based in CV6, Coventry North.
This is a relatively new branch with existing ownership and operation- you will register, work with the business owner and a small team, and facilitate growth across the branch.
We are looking for someone who wants progression and can work across both branches, and in turn be given the support to grow with the business.
Advantages are: huge national brand, good starting foundations and large territory for operations.
It will be your responsibility to ensure a skilled workforce is in place and safe quality care is being delivered to all clients. The Monday-Friday office role that requires CQC Registration, occasional business development, and leading a team of dedicated carers.

• Running the overall operations of the branch
• Work in partnership with clients, families, carers, and external healthcare professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of individual person-centred care
• Conducting spot checks and supervisions, and staff appraisals/supervisions
• Register with CQC, and continue the good work across each branch.
• Producing accurate and clear records
• Offer support to carers and the overall team, both in office and in the field.
• Start-up, administration, and review of new support packages
• Oversee care quality control
  Driving License is essential along with Minimum one year of RM/Care Management experience within homecare/domiciliary care. We would consider Care Managers/Coordinators wanting to step up.
