REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME (5-BED)

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £58,000 - £70,000 – open to negotiation based on experience (+ quarterly bonus, mileage, Medicash after 6 months)
Hours: Monday – Friday (flexibility required to meet home needs)
We are urgently seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate Registered Manager for a well-established 5-bed children’s residential home supporting children aged 7–12 with SEMH needs, trauma, and neglect backgrounds.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fully staffed home with a solid Deputy Manager in place.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
• Proven experience working with children who have experienced trauma, neglect, and complex SEMH needs
• Confident with compliance, safeguarding, and achieving Good or Outstanding ratings with Ofsted
