Responsibilities
The role overall is day to day operations of the children’s home. This will include centre leadership, staff support and decision making within the boundaries of delegated authority and within the policies and procedures of homes for Children and to outline a balanced programme in co-operation with all staff to take account of the social, care and education needs of all young people. You will provide leadership and oversight to the three disciplines at the home.
