• A Responsible Individual with a proven track record as an Outstanding Ofsted Registered Manager.

The Role

As the founding Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead the home through its Ofsted registration and first inspection.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire your own team.
• Ensure the home delivers exceptional standards of care in line with Ofsted’s “Good to Outstanding” framework.
• Build strong, positive relationships with local authorities, professionals, and the community.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated leader who is:

• Currently a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
• Ambitious and ready to progress into a Registered Manager role.
• Qualified to (or working towards) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
• Confident in safeguarding, compliance, and delivering excellent outcomes for children.
