Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: The Larches Children’s Home - Goldthorpe
Service: 3 bedded SEMH children’s home - Part of Hexagon Care Services
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,250 - £52,250 (Effective from 1st April 2025)
Annual Bonus: On target earnings of £3500 bonus per annum
New home opening bonus: up to £5,000
Ofsted Outstanding bonus: £1,000
Welcome Bonus: £5000*
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays (Equivalent to <7 weeks per year)
Estimated Start Date: July 2025 (we understand some applicants will have a 3month NP)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have the vision and leadership to take this home forward with the backing and support from your service manager, in addition to a supportive head-office team covering referrals, finance, HR, maintenance, IT and recruitment which is all done in-house.
