ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Faversham. This is a key leadership position within a therapeutic provider committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can achieve their full potential. You will lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated staff team, ensuring the home exceeds regulatory standards and delivers positive outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strong and effective leadership to your team.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all regulatory requirements.
• Embed a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach across the home.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing efficiently.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, staff, and professionals.
