Registered Children’s Home Manager - Accrington (£55,000 - £65,000)
Are you an experienced and dedicated leader looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to join an established and thriving home in Accrington. This service specializes in providing care and support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a home that is currently operational and holds a “GOOD” Ofsted rating.
Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it continues to provide a safe and effective environment for the young people you support. Your duties will include:

• Managing, recruiting, and training the staff team.
• Reporting to the Responsible Individual and Director.
• Ensuring the home meets and exceeds both Ofsted and company standards.
• Effectively managing referrals and the home’s budget.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
• Qualification: An NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (completed or working towards).
• Other: A valid driving license.
