UP TO £80,000 PACKAGE

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to create a special home for one young person with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism in Salford.
This is a unique chance to set up and manage a brand-new, solo therapeutic children’s home. Your leadership will build a supportive and empowering environment just for them.
Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you’ll guide every part of this young person’s journey. You will:

• Set up their new home: Lead the complete setup and get OFSTED registration for this unique, solo LD therapeutic home in Salford.
• Create their plan: Develop personal care plans and support that fits their needs and helps them grow.
• Build their team: Hire, train, and guide a small, specialist team to give consistent and effective support.
• Keep them safe: Make sure the home follows all rules and provides the best therapeutic care for those with learning disabilities.
• Manage their home: Handle budgets, daily tasks, and resources to create a stable and happy environment that helps them thrive.

What We Need

• Leadership Qualification: A Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting, especially with LD and Autism.
• Driving: A valid Driving Licence is essential.

Your Great Package in Salford

• Good Salary: Up to £70,000 basic.
• Moving Help: A £5,000 relocation package or starting bonus.
