Are you a compassionate and experienced leader ready for a unique challenge? We are seeking a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new, single-bed children’s home in Pudsey, Bradford. This specialist home is designed to provide exceptional, focused care for one young person with learning disabilities.
This is a rare opportunity to build a therapeutic environment from the ground up. You will have the autonomy to create a space that is entirely centered on the individual needs of the young person, ensuring a safe and nurturing home tailored just for them.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Launch a New Home: Lead the entire setup and operational launch of this new residential service in Pudsey.
  • Tailored Care: Develop, manage, and implement specialized care plans to meet the unique needs of the young person.
  • Build an Expert Team: Recruit and lead a small, dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centered support.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations and manage the home’s budget effectively.
  • Holistic Support: Coordinate with family, health professionals, and other agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Ofsted regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
  • Qualification: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
  • Driving: A valid UK driving license is essential.
