Are you an experienced leader looking for a rewarding opportunity in Liverpool? We need a Children’s Home Manager to lead our ‘GOOD’ rated, 3-bedded residential care home. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours. Come grow and develop with us!
Your Role

As the Children’s Home Manager in Liverpool, you’ll oversee daily operations and strategic direction. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a 3-bedded home for young people with EBD.
  • Leading, recruiting, and developing the staff team.
  • Managing the home’s budget.
  • Collaborating with the Responsible Individual (RI) for effective operation.
  • Ensuring OFSTED compliance and maintaining our ‘GOOD’ rating.
