Are you an experienced and ambitious leader ready to take on the challenge of overseeing two new children’s homes? We’re looking for a dedicated Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to launch and lead two brand-new, 2-bedded homes in Stockport and Didsbury.
This is a unique opportunity to build therapeutic environments from the ground up, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.

As the Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full launch and operation of both new sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the management of daily operations for both homes.
• Developing and implementing person-centered care plans for each young person.
• Recruiting, leading, and guiding dedicated staff teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Managing referrals, budgets, and operational resources efficiently.
• Collaborating with families and external professionals to provide comprehensive support.
