A leading provider of residential care for young people is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Children’s Manager to lead a team across 2 homes in Ringwood Dorset/Hampshire. This is a chance to make a tangible and lasting impact on the lives of young people, providing them with the support, stability, and guidance they need to thrive.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where young people with diverse needs can feel safe and empowered. You’ll work closely with local authorities, social services, and education professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape the future for some of Dorset & Hampshire’s most vulnerable youth.

• Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor a dedicated team of six direct reports, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homes, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with OFSTED regulations.
• Provide Holistic Support: Work closely with the Local Education Authority, Social Services, and the MASH team to provide integrated and effective care for young people.
• Create a Nurturing Environment: Guide young people with complex needs, including Looked After Children (LAC) and those requiring emotional and behavioural support.
