We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a new, purpose-driven short breaks and respite, children’s service based in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead a service that offers safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children who need it most.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
• Develop and embed a strong safeguarding culture
• Support and develop a committed staff team
• Ensure children receive high-quality, individualised care and support during short-term or crisis placements
