POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) consists of being responsible for providing client and administrative support services to a successful financial advisory team of a SEC Registered RIA headed by a 40+ year industry leader. As a Registered CSA, you will support the team as well as directly work with high-net-worth clients, be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional client experience and include account onboarding, account maintenance, client communications and coordination with custodians. The ideal candidate for this position should be a self-motivated, positive, highly energetic, client friendly individual. Having strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member is what will make you a success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred
  • Have a FINRA-issued securities license Series 7 + Series 63/66 (or 65 a plus
  • 10 years in client services, wealth management, or operations
  • Experience with custodians (e.g. Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) and Salesforce or other CRM/portfolio management systems a plus
  • Proficiency using MS Office, CRM/back-office systems, trading platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Polished appearance with a professional demeanor
  • Energetic, extremely positive, client friendly and courteous
  • Possess drive and determination.
  • Dedicated to maintaining and providing exceptional client service
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast passed environment while producing quality work
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and getting along well with others
  • Proactive in looking for ways to assist the team, clients and the office
