ABOUT US

Phoenix Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Burnaby dedicated to helping patients Rebuild, Recover, and Rise. We specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, ICBC motor vehicle injury care, and holistic therapies. Our team includes physiotherapists, RMTs, chiropractors, counsellors, kinesiologists, acupuncturists, and TCM practitioners who collaborate in a supportive and client-centered environment.
We are seeking a caring, professional Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our clinic on a flexible, part-time basis. You’ll work collaboratively with our rehab and wellness practitioners, offering clients support with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life transitions, and overall mental well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent).
  • Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BCACC.
  • Experience with CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, or other therapeutic modalities is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.

    Pay: $80,000.00-$1,500,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one counselling to clients in a safe, compassionate, and professional manner.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical notes.
  • Collaborate with other health providers within the clinic for integrated care.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Participate in building a positive, welcoming clinic culture.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes using JaneApp in accordance with BCACC standards and clinic policies.
