WE’RE INTERESTED IN YOU!

We are seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Canadian Certified Counsellor to join our growing team on a part-time or full-time contract basis. We provide trauma-informed counselling services to a wide demographic of clients in our surrounding communities. We are looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who is Internal Family Systems trained, and who has a strong working knowledge of ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or related field.
• Registered and in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC designation) or Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCC designation).
• Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and legally able to work in Canada.
• Considered Assets:_ IFS Training ; Ability to work with young children 5+; Ability to work with ADHD/Autism/Neurodiversity; Ability to work with Addictions; Trauma training; Ability to work with youth, couples, or families; Ability to counsel in a second language; Somatic therapy or EMDR or Pain Reprocessing Therapy training; FNHA Approval; Evening and/or weekend availability; 2+ years experience providing counselling services._
