JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking full-time or part-time Registered Clinical Counsellors or Canadian Certified Counsellors to provide counselling to individuals and couples. In this position, you are an independent contractor offering primarily in-person sessions with some virtual available.

Better Life Counselling & Therapy is a subsidiary of A Better Life Through Psychotherapy and Healing which was established in 1995 with the goal of providing accessible, effective counselling to individuals and families. Over the past 25 + years, we have successfully helped hundreds of families, parents, children and couples accomplish their goals of experiencing themselves as more connected, alive and free .
Our office is conveniently located off of the Royal Oak exit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate has a Masters degree and is Registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors or Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. You have additional professional development training in couples or trauma modalities (e.g.: EMDR, Somatic therapy, EFT, IFS)
