You will also participate in on-call requirements to support the needs of the service. At the Registered Nurse (RN/M1) level, you will develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner, consolidating your knowledge and skills through continuous professional development and hands-on experience. You will be accountable for your own standards of care and for activities delegated to others. At the Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) level, you will build on your experience and/or further study to practise as a competent to proficient clinician. You will take on increased responsibility, including accountability for your own practice, delegated activities, and the guidance and development of less experienced staff. While remaining predominantly clinical, you may also undertake portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development goals. About You: RN/M1 * Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. * Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
