As an integral member of the clinical team, you’ll support multiple providers while helping create an efficient, productive, and patient-centered practice. Requirements • Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred • Experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, crown & bridge, implant, and endodontic procedures • Digital radiography experience required • Experience using Open Dental preferred • Experience with Dexis imaging systems preferred • Experience using an iTero digital scanner is a plus • Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performing environment • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude • Experience working in an MGE (Management by Objectives) practice or familiarity with MGE systems and practice philosophies is highly preferred • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to practice growth, efficiency, and daily production goals Benefits • Medical Insurance • Dental Benefits • Paid Time Off • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Bonus Structure • 401(k)
