What You’ll Do As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), you will: Assist our pediatric dentists during exams, cleanings, procedures, and surgeries Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos Provide patient education (oral hygiene, behavior guidance for children) Comfort and communicate with children and parents to reduce anxiety Assist with charting, records, and front-desk coordination as needed Ensure infectious control standards are met Help maintain a cheerful, kid-friendly atmosphere Who We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you: Are a licensed/registered dental assistant (RDA or equivalent in TN) Have experience (or strong interest) working with children or in a pediatric environment Are gentle, patient, and compassionate with young patients Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are detail-oriented and able to multitask Work well in a collaborative team Are dependable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care Requirements What We Offer We believe investing in our people makes our practice stronger.
