OVERVIEW

We are looking for a vibrant and fun dental assistant that wants to work as part of a dynamic team. Our amazing crew works hard at maintaining a high level of patient care while having fun! We have great opportunities for training and development as we have our own milling machine, use intra oral scanners, as well as IV sedation, Implants and all basic dentistry!

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess relevant experience or training in dental assisting. Familiarity with dental software such as Curve is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial, along with experience in roles such as dental receptionist or CAD. A strong understanding of orthodontics will be considered an asset. We are willing to train the right person and we value teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental practices.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling patient inquiries, and processing insurance claims.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care in specialties such as Orthodontics and Pediatrics.
