Overview Pay: $20 - $22 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45qm - 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am - 1:00pm Location: Smyrna, TN Are you a Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in patients' oral health? As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients. We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating “wow” experiences at every visit! Responsibilities Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course! Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns Charting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental procedures Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state Qualifications Current State of TN RDA License Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification Polishing and Radiology Certification What We Offer We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount. Responsibilities

The Registered Dental Assistant will be responsible for performing clinical duties such as coronal polishing, obtaining necessary x-rays, and charting existing conditions while ensuring patient information is verified according to HIPAA standards. Key tasks also include cleaning and sterilizing all instruments following OSHA guidelines and maintaining accurate clinical notes for every visit.
