We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2- 3 years Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Curve highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
  • Experience in orthodontics will be considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Certification in Dental Assisting is Required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Curve dental software
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Support patients with a gentle approach to create a comfortable experience.
  • Assist in orthodontic procedures when necessary, demonstrating knowledge of orthodontics.
