($500 upon hire, remaining $500 after 90 days of continuous employment) ** Schedule Full-time Mondays through Friday Responsibilities Inspect and ensure all common and office areas are clean and at peak readiness Meet with dentists and lead a review of upcoming patient treatment Greet, seat, take blood pressure, review history, and provide information to patients Support dentists during treatment Take x-rays efficiently and correctly Sterilize the treatment area and instruments Confirm trays/materials, lab cases, and offices are prepared to ensure peak readiness for the next day's patient schedules Ensures OSHA hazard protocols and office standards are maintained Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Qualifications A valid Texas RDA license is required CPR certification is required 1+ years of prior Orthodontic and/or Pediatric Assistant experience Coronal Polishing, Sealant, and N2O Certifications are a PLUS Knowledge of Dentrix software Strong computer skills are required Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology Strong desire to serve the internal and external customers Strong verbal communication and listening skills Energetic and flexible Must be a team player Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment Well-organized and detail-oriented Exhibit sound judgment INDHRDA03
