Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private group practice. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, for an individual who is patient-focused and committed to delivering top-quality care. The ideal candidate is personable, positive, adaptable, and skilled at building strong patient relationships while collaborating effectively with the team. Responsibilities: Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, oral health assessments, and X-rays. Perform periodontal treatments, including scaling and root planing. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and make personalized recommendations. Collaborate with the dental team to create and maintain treatment plans. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records with timely follow-ups. Stay current with the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance patient care. Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed. Build trust and establish positive relationships to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. Qualifications: Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin (required). Strong clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency with digital dental technologies, including X-ray systems and electronic medical records.
