We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. SKILLS

• Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for managing patient records and appointments.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry, with a focus on providing care to children.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical coding, and documentation review processes.
• Familiarity with EMR systems to streamline patient information management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
• Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and practices within a dental environment.

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
• Assess patients’ oral health by taking vital signs and performing patient assessments.

• Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and general dentistry practices.
• Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
