Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and oral hygiene guidance to patients. If you are passionate about oral health and patient care, we would love to have you on board. Part time position Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-4:30.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take x-rays
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Administer fluoride treatments
- Conduct screenings for oral health conditions
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a dental office setting
- Knowledge of Abel Dent software preferred
- Digital x-ray knowledge an asset
