(After successful onboarding) ** Schedule Full-time Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $50-55 per hour, based on experience Monthly bonus incentives Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Continuing education support Opportunities for professional growth within the practice Key Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, treatment needs, and preventive care Review and update patient medical histories Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care Maintain sterilization and infection‑control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Document all treatment notes accurately and efficiently in the practice management software Required Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient‑education skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinical environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital charting and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, Radiology, and Local Anesthesia Experience working in a general dentistry practice (1+ years is required) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus INDHRDH02
