Description
Description Hi! We are currently interviewing for a full-time (32-40 hours) RDH position to help our well established and busy practice meet the preventative needs of our family of patients. Our practice focuses on education and tailored individualistic treatment planning and patient care. We strive to use technology (digital x-rays, scanning, IO photos and models) whenever we can to help patients understand their oral conditions and how it might affect their systemic health. Any candidate must have a similar philosophy and attention to detail. We use Open Dental as our patient care software, Schick for IO radiology, iTero for IO scanning and Mouth Watch for intraoral photos. No previous experience with any of this tech is necessary. We don't prophy diagnosed periodontal patients and we do require x-rays at relevant intervals based on each patient's risk profile for decay or periodontal disease. We see a broad spectrum of patients in all age categories. We strive to implement new technologies as they are available and value continuing education to help inspire our staff to serve their patients better. We employ only mature individuals who want to avoid drama in their place of work. This is a great position for any applicant who is looking for a balance in their work and family life because we chose our hours specifically to meet the needs of busy parents. We also offer a bonus system based on daily production to any provider who enjoys incentives for hard-work. Benefits: Competitive compensation based on skills not seniority Starting 10+ days of Paid Time off (PTO increases at regular intervals) 7 Paid holidays Dental benefits for employees and immediate family members. 401K matching Medical Insurance Annual Shoe and Uniform allowance Paid CE NC License annual dues Paid Annual SPICE, OSHA, and CPR training Frequent staff outings and team building events Requirements: A valid, active NC license is necessary, and new graduates are welcome.
