This is a team, not a revolving door A collaborative, communicative culture where everyone supports each other Strong hygiene-doctor partnership with consistent, experienced providers Positive, growth-focused culture Work-Life Balance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesdays OFF No weekends No evenings Benefits Package Dental, Medical, and Vision insurance Life insurance 5 paid sick days annually 10 Holidays per calendar year 10 days PTO RDH Continuing Education Benefits ($500 per year) CPR and OSHA certifications are covered by us Free Parking Career Growth & Technology Work with Dexis digital X-rays and modern equipment Itero Scanner Intraoral Cameras Open Dental practice management software Paid certifications kept current Requirements Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP 1 Hour per recall appointment (never feel rushed and your patient gets the attention they deserve) Take and review digital X-rays using Dexis Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care Identify and document periodontal disease and treatment needs Assist doctors during exams and communicate findings clearly Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in Open Dental Support a productive hygiene schedule and smooth patient flow Promote adjunctive services (fluoride, whitening, etc.) in an ethical, patient-focused manner Dental Hygienist Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Connecticut Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain before day one) Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, well-run dental office Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable commute to Old Greenwich, CT.
