We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our dental team. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in IT to manage patient records effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant nursing qualification or certification in dental nursing
• Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with patients and colleagues
• Familiarity with IT systems for managing patient records is essential
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment before and after procedures
• Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes
• Work on reception when needed
