Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity (LONG TERM CARE) (SHORT TERM REHAB (SKILLED NURSING) Now Hiring – Registered Dietician – Newton, MA CareOne at Newton Min $55/hr - Max $56/hr Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule The Registered Dietician will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments 2. Participate in care planning meetings as required 3. Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family 4. Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards 5. Perform duties independently without training or direction Position Requirements: Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operations High comfort level with enteral nutrition At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting Experience with MDS 3.0 Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process preferred Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations The CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
