Admissions: Perform assessments for new residents at nutritional risk. Documentation: Provide clear, accurate nutritional assessments and recommendations in care plans. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nursing, therapy departments, and culinary services. Safety Standards: Monitor HACCP and infection control practices, ensuring staff adherence to safety protocols. Registered Dietitian Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Registered Dietitian Skill: Management/supervisory experience as a Registered Dietitian. Microsoft software programs.
