Registered Dietitian Location: South Creek Post Acute – Washington Compensation: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience) South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the health and wellness of our residents by providing quality nutritional care. Responsibilities Assess nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to support resident health goals. Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary regulations. Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics. Qualifications Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in the state of Washington. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred but not required.
