Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team at Fortify.
As a Registered Dietitian, you’ll play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through
nutrition, providing personalized care that empowers clients to achieve their health goals. Your
expertise will be essential in assessing nutritional needs, creating tailored meal plans, and
educating patients about healthy eating practices.

healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient’s unique
needs.

SKILLS AND ASSETS YOU’LL BRING TO FORTIFY

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic

Registration.

  • Prior experience in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, or wellness coaching is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse

populations.

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software.
  • A passion for health promotion and a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness

goals.

OTHER “NICE TO HAVE” SKILLS

  • Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or community education on nutrition-related

topics.

  • Familiarity with integrative approaches that combine dietary recommendations with other

health modalities.

  • A background in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations is

highly valued.
