Registered Dietitian / LDN / RD2Be  We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide nutrition care in skilled nursing and behavioral health settings. Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, MDS documentation, high-risk follow-ups, nutrition education, sanitation compliance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care and survey readiness. Experience with EMR systems such as PCC, Matrix, AHT, Cerner, or Paper Charting preferred.
