Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs. Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status. Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes Comply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
