Description Must have RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. DiningRD is actively seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems. Participation in the care planning process. Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food. QUALIFICATIONS: Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials. Licensed (if required by State) 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
