Aladin Childcare Services offers educational childhood programs
to children from birth to 12 years of age,
operating at four different locations in Ottawa.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• to have an Early Childhood Educator diploma from a post-secondary institution or the equivalent is preferred but not required
• to be a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario.
• to have pertinent experience working with children in a group setting.
• to have the capacity to work well in a team.
• to be able to speak, read and write fluently in English, knowledge of French is an asset.
• to have a recent copy (less than 6 months) of a Vulnerable Sector check completed
• to have a valid Standard First Aid and CPR level C certificate and anaphylaxis training.

• must meet the needs and supervise a group of kindergarten/school age children.
• conceives and implements developmentally appropriate programming and play based activities for the children, based on the provincial curriculum, How Does Learning Happen?
