The Mahi | You will be an essential part of the team, making sure every day is full of discovery and meaningful moments for our tamariki. Your focus will be on: Using Te Whāriki as your base to plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of each child. Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments, ensuring each child's unique progress is celebrated with their families. Creating a supportive and equitable atmosphere where relationships and a sense of belonging are prioritised. Building effective, positive relationships with the whole team and providing a warm, guiding hand for students and helpers. Maintaining a beautiful and safe environment where the physical care and safety of all tamariki are held to the highest standard. About You | To be successful in this role, you will bring: A recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration. Responsibilities

The teacher will be essential in planning and guiding the educational and developmental journey of each child using Te Whāriki as a foundation. Key duties include capturing high-quality assessments, fostering an equitable atmosphere, building positive team relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of physical care and safety for all children.
