The Mahi | You will be an essential part of the team, making sure every day is full of discovery and meaningful moments for our tamariki. Your focus will be on: Using Te Whāriki as your base to plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of each child. Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments, ensuring each child's unique progress is celebrated with their families. Creating a supportive and equitable atmosphere where relationships and a sense of belonging are prioritised. Building effective, positive relationships with the whole team and providing a warm, guiding hand for students and helpers. Maintaining a beautiful and safe environment where the physical care and safety of all tamariki are held to the highest standard. About You | To be successful in this role, you will bring: A recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration.
