The Opportunity | Te Āheinga Guiding Learning Journeys: Using Te Whāriki as your base to plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of each child. Documenting the Magic: Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments, ensuring each child's unique progress is celebrated with their families. Fostering Connection: Creating a supportive and equitable atmosphere where relationships and a sense of belonging are prioritised. Collaborative Practice: Building effective, positive relationships with the whole team and providing a warm, guiding hand for students and support staff. About You | Mōu You hold a recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration. A warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships. You bring a proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical. A deep passion for Te Whāriki guides your daily practice and inspires fresh ideas.
