SERENE COUNTRY LIVING – DISABILITY & COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT

Serene Country Living is a leading NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for participants with complex needs. We are expanding our dedicated team and are seeking passionate and experienced Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to support high-care participants in our Supported Independent Living and Short-Term Accommodation services.

About the Role

  • Provide hands-on nursing care to clients with high care and complex health needs.
  • Administer medication and treatments in line with NDIS and clinical requirements.
  • Support participants with daily living activities, personal care, and health monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (RNs, allied health, support workers).
  • Document care delivery accurately and maintain compliance with NDIS standards.

About You

  • Current Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA registration).
  • Previous experience with high-care clients in disability, aged care, or mental health.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to empowering people with disabilities.
