REGISTERED & ENROLLED NURSES:

We are looking for part-time Registered & Enrolled Nurses to work morning or afternoon shifts. This opportunity requires flexibility within your shifts and your focus will be recognising resident needs and assisting them with services that enrich their daily living. In order to ensure that residents’ individual care plan requirements are met, you will also provide comprehensive guidance to nursing and care staff. The care you provide will have a lasting positive impact on our residents and their families.

Within your varied day, you will:

• Develop and review care plans based on assessment findings of individual client needs, ensuring that care strategies are based on evidence.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies in consultation with client, their representatives and other members of the care team.
• Maintain client documentation in accordance with electronic documentation and organisational and legislative requirements.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal/external service providers in the provision of services.

• A current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
• Some residential aged care experience.
• The ability to problem-solve using best practice methods and have demonstrated clinical knowledge.
• High level of professional written and verbal communication.
• Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• NDIS Screening Check, or ability to obtain
