JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather relevant medical histories and evaluate health conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
